McDonald's — Restaurant in Centennial Park

A shocking store,

They took forever, had a small order and took 35 mins! I stood at the front desk and 4people walked straight past me waiting and then the 5th person after 5 mins came and served me! (I work at a different McDonald’s store up north so I do know a thing or two) The kitchen was appalling, it was filthy and procedures which should be standard were out the window, and they were clearly not a fast food outlet as. The speed of making a single burger was slower then slow. (The blue glovers are for nothing but raw meat!! Not for meat and then later making a burger!etc) The toilets were the most filthy, rank, disturbing thing ever, (under disgusting in the dictionary there should be a pic of these toilets) I did not see one disinfectant or cleaning spray in the entire store, and not once one person clean, (you have a open store in which everyone can see everything, keep it clean!) The fries were way too salty and soggy, and tasted oily. This store is not worthy of the “giant golden archers” out the front! If I could I would not give it a whole star but 0.5 as we get our food which was not worth even a 5min wait, let alone...

Once again, thanks for ruining my reason to give you another go, after a year since. For those reading this, I know it's hard to make out what these are, comparing them to a Macca's image. They're supposed to be Dbl Quarter Pounders. Oh & thank you also, McDonald's Albany, for sticking that ticket to the box, assuring me, or you, or ??? that there's NO Lrg Onions 🙄

Uno, my wife politely asked your valued team member as she collected the order, ''so there's definitely no onion? only to have an over-zealous staff member, who never cared to check, simply reply "Yeah 😉"

Lucky I ordered 2 🤔 Actually, even though the 2nd had no onion, it was also like this one in this pic I've shared, much like it they had been made 10 years ago, just waiting for someone who feels like a bit of a weekend treat. Instead, what a waste of $20 spent on these famously renowned dbl quarter pounder's you've sold here. These were just extremely dried out & disgusting tbf. this was a very low moment in macdonalds albany's service! We ordered a ssusage snd egg mcmuffin, a double sausage and egg mcmuffin and a hotcakes thru the drive-thru. When it came the double sausage and egg macmuffin didnt have two sausage patties. We took it back but when it came back with the two sausage patties, it had no egg! So back it went again. Finally it came back and we drove home only to realise when we got home that the other single sausage and egg macmuffin didnt have an egg in it either!!!! Grrr. And with the wait time for all this inadequacy, by the time we got to eat the "hotcakes" they were stonecold! Further, the door was closed so you had to knock to attract the manager's attention, but, cowardly gent that he was, knowing that it had taken 30 minutes all up to resolve the first issue he didnt bring out the correct order but gave it to a junior staff member to deliver therefore denying us of our opportunity to give the foodback and demand a refund!
