Crust Pizza Belconnen — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

Crust is my takeaway pizza of choice, so I didn't hesitate in ordering dinner to be delivered (albeit on Anzac Day) while staying in nearby Aranda.

When I ordered at 7:15pm, the automated response said it would take about 90 minutes (totally fair). I appreciate that pizza places are super busy on holiday Saturdays, but I had to ring at 9:05 to see if it was even coming!

The person who answered the phone said it was leaving the store as we spoke, but that it would be ten or twenty minutes away (and didn't offer any sort of apology).

The meal itself was okay (definitely not the best Crust we've had; the white proscuitto pizza was very light on potato and had dried rosemary, not fresh), but it's probably a good idea to let your customers know if it's going to be thirty minutes late. Calling at the estimated time of delivery to apologise for the delay is not just good customer service - it's...

My problem was with the rather rude service we received. We went to order towards closing time which we didn't know at the time. As we sat down, one of the workers approached and told us they were closing up so we went to sit at the back seats which we didn't know were the stores. Again the same individual approached us with a more aggressive tone telling us to leave. As we were explaining we hadn't know the seats were theirs, he says to me "I'm hearing you mumble some things under your breath" which I didn't and personally took that as a threat. We left with no altercation but it left a rather disappointing taste in my mouth after that. You don't be expected to be threatened as you were just going for a pizza. This is the last time I'm ever visiting crust until you teach your staff how not to issue threats...

First of all I’m vegan and I’m allergic to dairy.

Bought vegan peri peri Jackfruit from crust in Braddon for the first time and I loved it. I went for the second time but they made a mistake and add dairy or weren’t careful enough I almost ended up in the hospital thank god I had epipen.

I bought same pizza at Kingston pizza but it was the worst. It looked and taste different.

I order the same pizza here at Belconnen crust and it was mouth watering, absolutely loved it. But unfortunately last week I found out that the menu has been changed and they can’t make vegan peri peri jackfruit anymore ☹️☹️☹️

But overall Amazing staff and outstanding customer service. Totally recommend. (4 stars only because of menu changed)
