Knowing the state of most food courts I threw caution to the wind and gave this place a go. I do not understand the hype.. I was dealt with pleasantly enough, but when asked for ginger I was thrown a handful of soy and ginger across the counter. Not exactly professional. I thought the food was sub par. Almost tasteless. This is expected in a food court but it was the 8 inch length of thick hair that I ended up pulling out of my mouth that was in the roll that really cemented my opinion. I gave the food back and was offered a new piece(thoughtfully) which I declined. I had lost my appetite for the rest of the day....
