Well I offered to my toddler who started coughing after few sips when I drank I realised it has to many husk or shell’s ring piece it got stuck in my throat and I am first trimester pregnant. When I went back to counter girls called the owner and she is saying me it’s not harmful then I asked can you and your toddler can drink in front of me. She said we not offered to cut that then why you selling and offering when I asked can you cut and I can have full coconut then you said yes we do. Why you don’t trained your staff and why you think it’s not harmful. How my toddler will explain or I poor person who disabled wants to have coconut water which you serve unhygienic way. I am drinking tonnes of water to get rid of that something stuck in your throat feeling. Read moreI had an incredibly frustrating experience with the Belconnen Top Juice store. I ordered over $450 worth of catering well in advance, yet when I arrived to pick it up, the staff had no idea about my order. This level of disorganisation and lack of customer service is unacceptable. As someone who uses catering services regularly, I've never experienced such poor service. I would not recommend the Belconnen Top Juice for catering – they need to seriously improve their processes and...
Read moreHonestly a pretty crappy made juice that I had the pleasure of paying over $12 for. I had the mighty mango which is advertised as having coconut water as the base.... was pretty obvious on the first sip they just used normal tap water (im a coconut water freak and could easily tell there was none). Other than that the juice was warm and had very little flavour, was obviously very watered down. Tasts like they charge you for the large, make the juice a small and just fill it with water to make a large as opposed to actually adding the volume of ingredients. To top it all off it was $12 which i found mind boggling. Not sure how they try to compete with Boost juice just a few meters away. My first and last time I'll be...
