Oh boy, where do I even begin with Fricken Chicken? I am absolutely in love with this place! Let me tell you, my brother used to work there, and I can vouch that the food is simply amazing. I remember eating some food he brought home, it was magnificent. I just had to try it for myself.

The menu has something for everyone, from classic fried chicken to unique flavors like truffle siracha mayo. The chicken is always freshly cooked to picture perfectness and the breading is so crispy and flavorful. And the sides? Oh my goodness, don't even get me started. The onion rings so yummy, the mashed potatoes are so fluffy and flavorful, and the coleslaw is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. I could go on and on about the food, but I don't want to make you too hungry!

What I love most about Fricken Chicken is the atmosphere. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming vibe, and the staff is always so friendly and attentive. You can tell that they really care about their customers and want to make sure they have the best dining experience possible. And the prices? So affordable! You get so much good food for such a reasonable price.

Overall, I would highly recommend Fricken Chicken to anyone looking for some amazing comfort food. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch and you can tell that the chefs put a lot of care and effort into their cooking. And the variety on the menu is just incredible. This is how fried chicken should be done - you can tell when the kitchen staff and management in a restaurant know what they are doing.

I ordered a chicken burger, chips, slaw & a side of mayo. Service was friendly and quick. But the real standouts were:

1. The food was clean. And when I mean clean you can tell when kitchen staff filter their oil and take pride in the quality and presentation of the food. The food was immaculate and not overly greasy or dripping with oil yet chips and chicken was crunchy and perfectly cooked.
2. That the fresh ingredients are just that and haven't been sitting out at room temperature all day - lettuce was crunchy and tomatoes were just right.
3. Everything was served hot - both the chips and chicken fillet on the burger. It is rare these days to get a burger and chips just right.
4. Side of mayo was Kewpie brand which was delicious but also the serving was generous.
5. Front of house staff were friendly and welcoming.

This was just a great experience all around.

My only suggestion is that you guys also have beer and a great selection of other drinks (as well as chilled tap water) this wasn't really apparent when sitting at the table reviewing the menu and only really became apparent when I went to order. Keep up...

I am writing this complaint with utter disappointment regarding the recent changes to your tender offerings. As a loyal customer, I have been a supporter of Fricken for years, but the recent decrease from 5 to 4 and now to 3 tenders in your box has left me absolutely furious.

I cannot fathom why such a decision was made. Are you trying to skimp on quality and quantity while charging the same or even higher prices? It's unacceptable and frankly insulting to your customer base. The tenders were a highlight of my Fricken experience, and now I'm left feeling cheated.

I demand an explanation for this drastic reduction and urge you to reconsider this decision. Your customers deserve transparency and fair value for their hard-earned money. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I'm afraid Fricken might lose more than just tenders – you'll lose loyal customers like myself.
