Was there on a Friday night. The staff were very nice and the vibe out front was relaxed and friendly. We had perfect weather on the night so sitting under the festoon lights felt great. Only one gripe and one suggestion. The gripe is no one was collecting empty glasses. They were on tables and taking up bar space as well. We returned ours between rounds and earlier returns were still there on subsequent trips to the bar. And we made a few trips.. the drinks went down very nicely. The suggestion is turn the horse races off the big screens. No one was watching it and it ruins the vibe... Put some more contemporary sports on, or maybe put up theme photos or something else a bit outside the box.. Just a bit of polish for a good venue....

Very poor form Ball and Chain....
