Absolutely phenomenal service, kind and extremely professional.

The team were gracious in helping me set-up and organise my proposal to my partner - this wheel being the time I asked her out, on our anniversary I wanted to pop the question at the location where it all started. It’s a special place that’s been made that much more special thanks to Richard and his team for allowing me to use one of their pods to decorate and prepare for the surprise proposal.

Highly recommend for that beautiful view and exceptional service....

IT'S WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE!!!

I can't tell you how thrilled I was to find such an activity that was wheelchair accessible and reasonably priced. I was able to share the experience with my friend in her wheelchair and she enjoyed it immensely. The staff were warm and friendly, helpful and professional. The ride has beautiful views. It is in walking distance from the cappucino strip and train station and has many eating places, beach and park areas surrounding.

Thoroughly enjoyed the ride on the tourist wheel, we went about a year ago (picked up on maps when I walked past it recently) and it was $10pp. I have never bothered with it before but the view was lovely in the afternoon sun. Highly recommend going in the morning or afternoon to catch some amazing photos. It creaks a bit which was fun to watch the kids freak out. Toilets and paid parking are avail all around.
