September 2023

For a about few months we never visited this cafe (see feedback written a while back below).

Today we had breakfast, we ordered Chai Latte and Cappuccino and French Toast. We actually loved it. The service has certainly improved.

I hope they do continue to thrive and start to open for dinner. We need local eatery that we can be proud of. I miss going to D'Angelo for dinners. The service and meals at night time are way better. The chef was very creative. Pizzas and pastas were fresh and we keep on coming back for dinner.

If only service were the same for morning and lunch.

For breakfast and lunch they are obviously struggling as coffee's and other orders are usually late. We even ordered salad at one time with real live centipede. We returned it. They apologised but not even offer of refund or preparing alternative salad.

They used to be really good. I wish they live up to their reputation. Some staff looked unhappy as well.

Overall, D'Angelo used to be amazing! Five star for everything. Sadly things haven't been the same. I hope they will go back to the way it used to be. Vibrant vibe, consistent and top service, amazing meals and timely service. The name D'Angelo is part of Fremantle. I hope they will revamp and just make it on top again. Bring back the authentic dinners. Keep service and menu amazing for breakfasts...

What a hidden gem. Without doubt some of the best Italian food outside of Italy. Only an Italian Chef really understands the finesse and passion behind Pizza. It is a national obsession in Italy. Our pizzas were "perfetto". The base is made it a cold slow ferment using 3 risings to get the ideal result. We also tried the Arancini and the Calamari, but the dish of the night was the slow roast Porchetta with braised fennel and carrots served with a basket of Foccacia to mop up your plate. All of this with some sensational Italian wines we all literally rolled back to our hotel amazed by the quality of the food in...

All I can say about this lovely little rustic cafe is BOOM blew me away from the start to the end with a beautiful greeting with a smile to the elegant menu on offer with a brekky stack called the morning harvest and boy did it work halloumi bacon poached eggs delicious fresh avocado and a delicious drizzle of pesto for the sauce oh and the bread of your choice. The coffee was just delightful and make to perfection. Everything was soo fresh and definitely could tell locally sourced. Amazing job chef and to all the...

Been visiting this coffee shop very often after yoga on the weekends (morning) I’m not a coffee drinker but they make very nice natural juices and I always customise mine for remember the ones that mums use to do. Seems like it’s a new stuff around here and they’re extremely nice, I felt really nice with this new energy around. On the weekends it’s busy but always drinks and food come quick. Good location and parking around. Good for brunch and then you can head to Freo. 🌞
