For a about few months we never visited this cafe (see feedback written a while back below).
Today we had breakfast, we ordered Chai Latte and Cappuccino and French Toast. We actually loved it. The service has certainly improved.
I hope they do continue to thrive and start to open for dinner. We need local eatery that we can be proud of. I miss going to D'Angelo for dinners. The service and meals at night time are way better. The chef was very creative. Pizzas and pastas were fresh and we keep on coming back for dinner.
If only service were the same for morning and lunch.
For breakfast and lunch they are obviously struggling as coffee's and other orders are usually late. We even ordered salad at one time with real live centipede. We returned it. They apologised but not even offer of refund or preparing alternative salad.
They used to be really good. I wish they live up to their reputation. Some staff looked unhappy as well.
Overall, D'Angelo used to be amazing! Five star for everything. Sadly things haven't been the same. I hope they will go back to the way it used to be. Vibrant vibe, consistent and top service, amazing meals and timely service. The name D'Angelo is part of Fremantle. I hope they will revamp and just make it on top again. Bring back the authentic dinners. Keep service and menu amazing for breakfasts...

All of this with some sensational Italian wines we all literally rolled back to our hotel amazed by the quality of the food in...
