I used to come here quite often even though the self serve water glasses were always dirty because they have a power outlet for a laptop. When i pointed out the cupsneere dirty they said they know ans that the dishwasher has issues. Gross but i needed a power outlet. I thought I'd circumvent the dirty cups by asking for a cup with ice to use for water. However, when I forgot the cup of ice one day and let it melt I noticed the ice was dirty and there was some stuff floating in the melted water. I was quite friendly with the staff and brought it up and showed the cup in a friendly manner and the person I talked to seemed shocked because they said it had just been cleaned but they'd have it done again. I came back a week later. Let a cup of ice melt. Still dirty. Mentioned it to staff and felt sick because I'd been ordering ice latte here for months and the ice was likely dirty the entire time. Came back another week later because this place was close to where I lived. Still dirty.

For those that don't know, dirty ice machines are caused by bacteria and mould and all sorts of unpleasant things that can make someone sick. I used to come here nearly every day but after a month of being told the ice was clean and them showing it to them and still having nothing done I just can't come back. How hard is it to let a cup of ice melt instead of telling me "it's clean" when I'm standing right there with the proof in my hand?

Food is good. Cabinet items are good. Hot drinks are good. There's several power outlets for laptops. But if the ice machine is consistently dirty and they're risking putting other people at risk every time they order ice, I would hate to see what the standards in the kitchen are.

If they reply to my review saying the ice issue has been fixed I still wouldn't believe them because they said that to me several times and each time I had a dirty cup of water.
