My experience with this terminal is limited to a recent round trip cruise. It was staffed well at both ends of that trip, the local staff were wonderfully polite, courteous, welcoming and helpful. There is ample parking immediately in front of the terminal, as well as a convenient pickup/drop off bay at the terminal entrance. It was a bit hard to navigate to as a visitor, as it requires a bypass and meandering route to get across the railway lines further down. Before you are able to cross and the follow a road route that at times appears to turn away from the Cruise terminal. But Google Maps delivered and got us there. All in all a very pleasant experience for a cruise port departure and return.
