My daughter and I and 2 children thought this cafe was suitable for the children to play at play ground right beside the cafe. There was no seating with clean tables so I cleared the dirty dishes off the table. It appeared to be very busy as tables were left unclean whole time we were there . I didn’t mind this reason so much as waiting 45mins to get our order luckily we had time to spare n kids happily playing in play ground. When we received our meals it had no bacon as ordered in place of the chorizo they had run out of. I had to go up twice to get the bacon so we could enjoy it with the meal. My daughter mentioned the total bill and it was seemed extremely high so I added everything up realising they charged extra $10 for the bacon. I had to then ask for this extra charge be refunded as it was in place of the chorizo. They didn’t d refund $9 . Problem being they did not cater for extra staff being busy on Mother’s Day. To top it off they need to have more than one pepper n salt shaker to cater for everyone. I can say the food...
Read moreThere must be more than one reason why this is the busiest place in the Robina Town Centre. One of the reasons my wife and I keep coming back is the food and coffee. Oops, I guess that's two reasons! The people who work there are another; it seems that everybody we've dealt with from the people taking our order to the coffee staff all have exceptional attitudes. The food is generous and delicious. Breakfasts and lunches are served promptly and hot. Coffee is delivered sooner than is normally expected in such a busy place. There's also a wider range of dishes, from Wagyu burgers to nachos to dips and salads. Whenever we're in the Robina Center and we're hungry you'll find us there. This may sound like a paid ad - but it's NOT - we just really...
Read moreNew location now open upstairs over top the H&M store in Robina. I was never a big fan of Crema Espresso but thought I would gove the new location a try. Not a lot of smiles going out to customers from the male staff (more from the women). They're professional but aren't inviting. The long black was burnt tasting. I'm not sure if that's the way they do it or not. Glad I got a side of milk. The location is bright and tasteful. But for a place this size it would be nice to have a couch or comfy chair to read or stare at my phone ;) There are better options at Robina like crafted Coffee.
Revision: Almost everyone just got super smiley. I...
