John Morel, I assume you were the guy that went off your chops on Monday because you had been charged an extra $1 for a mug of coffee? If this is not you I sincerely apologize for my misunderstanding. Assuming it was you, I can only imagine how the elderly man with you was feeling. If this was in fact your father - he must be very proud of you! Not only did you go off at the server, but you then had a spray at the female staff members - not cool. I was the customer trying to enjoy a coffee and breakfast when you unleashed. What I love about this cafe, is how articulate the male server is. He always repeats back your order and tells you the cost. I again, assume this was you, and assume he also told you the price at the time of sale? I go there all the time when I'm passing and when I get my car serviced across the road. It is old fashion service and I appreciate them always asking me how my meal was. He knows many clients by their names and is amazing at interacting with customers. I do sometimes use an Assistance Dog and when she visited this cafe with me, I felt very welcomed and there were no access issues (which I commonly encounter at other restaurants/cafe). For people using mobility aids, I would like to add that location is fully wheelchair accessible with no stairs. There is accessible parking and bathroom close to the...

A new waitress who didn't know much started it off.

The cafe closes at 2pm.
On top of that there were still others there and 2 ladies came in and they got served coffee and food.
Then another table had food brought out to them.
Seriously won't be dining here again and our friends with us said the same.
It was extremely rude and not...
