This was an unusual experience. Starters, it was Mothers Day, it was manic. We had a table of 12. That said, our bizzare experience started at the door where the waitress asked my name, clarified it 3 times and she she still mixed it up. Tried to sit us at a table for 4 for 12 people. Said waitress continued to error the whole time we were in the restaurant. Our drinks went on someone elses bill. She delivered someone else's meal to us, it just happened that some of us had ordered the same thing. She also delivered all meals to one part of the table at the end and told us to pass them around. Upon questioning what one meal was we were advised 'something meat'. There was more but you get the point. The food was hit and miss. A couple of us had good tasty food, the rest was a combination of comments ranging from dried out to questioning if it came from a can. Drink refills were hard to come by. One meal was returned twice because it wasn't cooked properly. In the end just ate what came out even though incorrect. Given price and occasion i was expecting a better experience. I've waited several weeks to post this to ensure that any residual emotion had been disolved. Upon choosing this venue i noted other comments somewhat similar to this that had been addressed in a positive way. Problem is, there was no proof of that in the experience.

We recently ordered delivery from Mano’s Italian Restaurant in Paradise Point and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Was the food good? Yes, the food was amazing! The quality was top-notch and the flavours were rich and authentic. We were especially impressed with the generous portion sizes. Everything we ordered, from the pasta to the mains, was hearty, satisfying and perfectly seasoned. The meats and seafood were incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. How was the packaging? Outstanding! This was one of the best-packaged deliveries we’ve had in a long time. Each dish was carefully packed, neatly labelled and still hot when it arrived. You can tell they take real pride in presentation and care, even for takeaway orders. Was it a pickup or delivery? This was a delivery and it truly felt like a restaurant-quality experience at home. No spills, no mess - just beautifully packaged, delicious food. Would we recommend it? Without a doubt. Whether you’re dining in or ordering at home, Mano’s at Paradise Point delivers on quality, service, and value. It’s clear why they’re so popular with locals. Location: You’ll find them right by the water at 2/6 Bruce Ave, Paradise Point QLD, a gem of a spot with food to match. Highly recommended! [Follow my adventures on instagram @crushinglimits]

Hadn’t been here in a while so decided on Mano’s for lunch. Lunch specials looked good but decided on a regular menu item of Salmon. Meal was fine, shared platter was nice and desserts were lovely. Must say that the food was not as good as previous visits. We opted to sit inside near the only air conditioner as it was a muggy day. As such we were comfortable but elsewhere inside and out would not have been. That said, the air conditioning unit was dripping and occasionally spitting water on us - overworked or needing a service (not sure but turning on the fans might have helped overall). Service was good and staff friendly. Few steps into inside of restaurant so wheelchair friendly for outdoor dining only. Nice spot for couples or small groups for lunch or dinner. Prices reasonable and decent menu. Fully licensed and BYO wine only. Washroom onsite but not disabled friendly. Parking on street. Busy location with the popular park across the road and other restaurants in the complex but parking can be found. Overall a relaxing spot to dine but hoping for a bit more next time. Glad I was in great company!

Extremely Disappointed after sitting down ordering bruschetta which was average the waitress then placed a steak knife on my side plate I had no idea as to why I would need it Veal was over cooked not in thin slices two chunks of veal covered in mushroom’s and a disgusting garlic sauce the parmigiana was dry very little sauce and cheese the crab risotto was also a let down no nice flavour at all I thought with it being Mother’s Day they would put a little effort into the restaurant no flowers on tables no mother’s decorations at all oh the cocktail list said if you choose to order another cocktail not placed we will happily make it for you I wanted a simple Pina Colada oh sorry our blended doesn’t work The whole restaurant needs a modern renovation Please think twice about dining here

Now I’ve just received my reply back from management my mum was certainly not at all offered a glass of champagne we didn’t want more food I was the only one to have an entrée on the menu it says if we don’t have a cocktail of your choice you would like please ask if we are able to I did ask an as I said previously I wasn’t told I couldn’t have that cocktail it was sorry our blender isn’t working to cut to the chase we were eating off paper that could be thrown out and quickly cleaned so you could get more customers you ruined my mums Mother’s Day we paid top dollar to dine at your restaurant please take note I am not one to complain but this experience is just...
