Subway — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

I walked an extra 3km to w my dog for this order. There were two customers ahead of me. I decided to click and Collection from out side as my dog was anxious cos he could see me inside and i tied him outside. i placed the order..I ADDED IN THE ORDER INTRUCTIONS!!!!THAT IAM OUTSIDE RIGHT NOW….saw them print my order after the patrons left….only a hot minute..but no customers later…no effort to start on my order….Saw them ..all 3 staff..pin the order… one staff member saw me and acknowledged me outsude…after my order was pinned….outside the front door…or I THOUGHT…5 guys went in after that …a minute or plus later….. I watched them have their orders filled one by one and exit..mine stilled Pinned..the i watched two staff go out back..then one go to drinks the fridge….I thought finally my order is going to filled..she is getting my drink…NO! She was tidying the the drinks fridge! I opened the door and piped up! When is my order going to be filled…”when did you order” she went around to the counter to my pinned receipt! “I will do it now” ,..no apology..NOTHING! Later the other two came out and asisted . When I saw that it was being bagged…one of the people that came out back said sorry I have two trainees…blah blah! When was my order going to be addressed, and what is the point of special instructions!….Ihave other issues w this site, not major but annoying….BUT NOW...

Service was great. Only downside was there was just one poor guy trying desperately to serve about 7 people who were lining up. It was very busy and he said it has been like this for a few hours. He had great customer service skills and we were happy with his service but how can he provide a high class service when he can't top up the food etc. It was fresh. And tasted great. It's tts a 2 person job and they shouldn't be understaffed like that. Customers waited...

My daughter skipped breakfast and ordered a Turkey sub around 10.30am. By 12pm she was vomiting. After 3 vomits she started to feel better. It was obviously something she ate (gastro is usually a 24hr illness with cramping etc). I called to store to make them aware that they might need to check/throw out the turkey and the lady I spoke to said it was not them and refused to take any ownership or...
