Great customer service as even though they only had protein balls as their light vegan option, they were also happy to change items on the menu to suit me. So I just did avo on sourdough toast with tomato relish. Husband had Health Nut smoothie which was dairy free & nice as well. Coffee was nice and smooth. I normally have almond latte but they use Aldi's Inner Goodness almond milk which I don't like in my coffee, so tried their Barista Oak milk which turned out pretty good. I've been frequenting Urban Monkey almost weekly, for 9 months now. Super happy with Rick and his super service! He is friendly and knows the regulars by name.

If he isn't preparing it himself, he will direct other staff with our preferences without being prompted. (I have special dietary needs so it's much apreciated).

Tea and food is always fresh and yummy! (My coffee drinking co workers also love his coffee).

Has a nice tranquil, cool vibe & looks really nice.

Staff are super helpful and friendly.

They have a selection of Healthy food and drink options.
