Great place, but why have a LICENCED EVENT space selling gallons of booze and $26 margaritas...? And 30 toilets for 4000 drinkers...? U can battle a que of 150 on avg to goto the toilet... And no passout(pic), so if yr a diabetic and need a bathroom... Too bad they don't care what happens. No that's not right! Staff that work here are great so definitely an extra star for that, venue is good with seats at the back if u ignore the reserve signs, seems well organised with food and drinks. Human dignity is not negotiable! you will need to collapse to get a toilet break in under 30mins... pic of The 2 ques for the portable toilets on the right, there a toilet block on the left that was 4 times busier! Also despite the messy ravers, the place was kept very clean all night!

I arrived at HOTA,for my ministry of sound concert Last Saturday,I was at the front of the queue, the staff were friendly, got in not bad prices for drinks and soft drinks and water,I was near the front,it was a brilliant atomsphere, the concert was brilliant the music was mixed modern dance music and old ones as well, all done by orchestra, there was a woman DJ on at the start, she gave a very good set, then a woman singer came on her voice was brilliant, the last 20 mins it rained didn't care about that. The only negative was at the Brisbane concert I was right at the front, and the VIPs were up at back, but at HOTA ,VIP were at the front

Absolutely amazing to experience Ministry of Sound Classical, they all put on an extravaganza of a show. Even in the rain we had a blast. Only shame was the entitled smoking and vaping everywhere and blocking the walkways. Security tried their best to ask people to move along only to get a flip of the bird.. Will be back next year hoping there's better ways to manage ignorant people. Plenty of bathrooms available, food and drink trucks..Drop off and pick up was easy. Plenty of ways to get there.
