Update July 2024: Changing from 3 stars to 1 star. Changeover of staff is evident that the incoming team are either inexperienced or incompetent.

Customer service is dismal.

The food has gone downhill and takes way too long to arrive, even if you are the only customer there. And don't bother requesting small changes to the menu (such as no beetroot in the burger). They consistently ignore it.

Coffee is ok. The one star is because the soft drink cans in the fridge are cold.

Save your money. Or go elsewhere. ...

Ordered a Beef and gravy roll today (which they only needed to warm up) at 12:50pm. Went and sat down for 30 mins and had to go back to the counter, who then said they making the order now. Went back after another 10 mins and nothing was served to me. Got my money back but wasted my whole lunch break because they cannot seem to keep up with orders on a busy day. Avoid if your...
