Disgusting! Money hungry, poor quality business.
When this place opened it had some top quality pizza. It went down hill very quickly. After several continuous epic fails, I opted for dominos which provided consistent tasty pizza for a fair price. Or I cooked my own from scratch (it's pretty hard to stuff up a pizza). After a couple of years, I thought it was time to give the Pizza Kitchen another go. I forked out $40 for two basic pizzas, hoping for some quality. Instead I got 2 undercooked, sloppy messes. Never again. I expect something edible for $20+ a pizza. How does a business specialising in 1 item stuff that up? Even if it was cooked properly, you don't get what you pay for. It tasted like a supermarket brand pizza cooked in the microwave.
Anyone who gives this place more than 3 stars is a bias local and/or doesn't know what a pizza should be.
I hope at least the kitchen cleanliness is up...
Read moreI ordered the Sicialiana pizza which has prosciutto on it. Base was thick and sloppy, prosciutto was difficult to find. For a pizza with an meat ingredient which is already very thinly sliced, I recommend you don’t skimp on it. People notice when you skimp on meat and it’s a cheap move. That pizza was not worth the $19 I paid and there the ingredients were sparse and lacked value. Also, eating a soft and sloppy base is not enjoyable at all. That’s a fail unfortunately. I took a photo of it so you can see how little meat is on it but google won’t...
Read moreThe pizza kitchen is awesome. I have been going there exclusively since moving to Goulburn a year ago. Recently we had our first bad experience, which is the only reason for not being 5 star. Our pizzas were very undercooked, the only time this has happened and hopefully the only time it will happen.
I even had to put them into my own oven at home after they were delivered.
Great place, only 1 bad...
