Absolutely shocking customer service and food.

Heading home late due to soccer training so called in to pick up dinner.

Got home 15 minutes later to the most over salted chips I’ve ever tasted. Called the store to explain and spoke to a very rude employee who told me to “Just bring them back and we’ll go from there”

My husband grabbed what he could back out from the bin put them in the original bag and made his way back to the store. He was told by the store manager that he’d only brought back 2 portions worth of chips so that’s all he was getting as a replacement with attitude and absolutely 0 customer service skills. He was adamant, and requested the 4 portions that had been paid for, replacing, which fell on deaf ears and was told “your not getting anything else”

After been stood in the corner for 10 extra minutes the manager put another 2 portions in the bag and gave him my original order without nothing being said.

After another 15 minute drive home we finally got to eat: Over an hour after the original visit… no apologies just attitude like I’ve never experienced.

I seriously believe this manager needs further up skilling to deal with situations that don’t involve just serving customers food and...

I do not usually come to this store, though i unintentionally stumbled into this one and i can pleasantly say i will be returning. When i went to the restaurant today i was served fairly quickly along with the quick making of my food, the food tasted nice and was presented well. I was served by a young girl breanna who was not only extremely helpful but had a lovely attitude. Alongside her customer service skills while serving, she was also incredibly helpful when my food arrived. I have the misfortune of being on crutches and unable to carry my food to my table, she did not hesitate to lend a hand. This not only demonstrates great customer service skills but genuine human empathy. Its unique to see this kind of effort made for the customers and it shows that the store cares about more than its profits. This store should be proud to have this young woman as...

Went through drive through and asked for the current promo burger that has been advertised nonstop on tv: triple whopper with cheese. Drive through attendant had no idea and said its not on the menu. After a brief back and forth still told it wasn't an option so asked for a double whopper with cheese. Brought up the menu on the phone and showed them the triple whopper option and was told not their fault as the system is hard to understand and the attendant was new. Is that not what training is for? Does the team not get told about current well advertised promotions? Instead of trying to work the situation out, the girl at the next window just argued so we cut our losses with what we were handed and left. Then got home to find both whoppers had no cheese.
