Usually love Vanidols and grab a takeaway regularly, however after the terrible service last night I don’t think we’ll be back. Called to order, went to collect and realised when back at my car that the pappadums were missing. Went back and the carry on to go through all the receipts, have a discussion with staff then slowly put some ina bag was ridiculous. Meanwhile the curry is getting cold. The guy comes back and says there was confusion, it wasn’t on the order and charges me $5. No apology or anything! The confusion was on their side not mine. I got home and well the pappadums were under cooked and flavourless. My curry was cold. Anyway lift your customer service and apologise...

I recently dined at Vanidols restaurant and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of cozy and elegant. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right from the moment we stepped in. I ordered the pad Thai and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The presentation was beautiful as well, showing great attention to detail.
