Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ipswich City

Wow... 😮 That was an experience.. Ordered a meal delivered within 5km of store. Was told 45mins 🤷‍♂️ ok, it's thursday its gonna be busy... 1hr and almost 15mins later it arrives clinging to the last of its warmth. Margarita the cheapest of the orders had enough room around the edge of the toppings to race some matchbox cars. The supreme was literally cold around the edges and sloppy and not even cooked through in the middle. That's after peeling half of the toppings off of the top of the box.. The spud bites were cold, soggy and stuck to the box also. My wife has contacted the store via a complaints form and we await a response apparently. Have had decent and sometimes not so decent pizza in the past from this store but that was by far the worst experience and someone should be retrained on cooking times as well as a cut off for deliveries to avoid cold/late arrivals. Kicking myself for not grabbing some from the supermarket now.

Update 6.months later and still no reply to the complaint form not even to say they don't care.. Still haven't been back and if you want a decent pizza go to Domino's at Bundamba. 10x better...

So I have been ordering from here for years. In the last few months my opinion has dropped dramatically as the quality of food has! Some how so dreadful that it is impressive. I just ordered the most sloppy pizza I have ever had, saying the base was under cooked is an understatement however some parts of the top were burned and the middle was like it was soaked in liquid of some sort hence the sloppy texture. It was also cut terribly. There is absolutely no consistency in the product. I personally called the manager and I suggested that he fire all employees and rehire new ones that can follow simple instructions. I also asked if he wanted to hire my daughter as she would genuinely do a better job! Pizza hut has been around for decades and the employees at this store obviously don't respect the company they work for or have any pride in their job or respect the privilege of having a job, especially in times of covid. Many are out there jobless or wanting to work in essential services instead so they have more reliable sources of income with the unknown the virus brings. The employees here need to shape up,...
