Its more like water with mint: Lime not crushed, no brown sugar and not mixed at all.

Classic Mojito Recipe

Ingredients: • 10 fresh mint leaves • 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges • 2 tablespoons white sugar (adjust to taste) • 1 cup ice cubes • 1 1/2 ounces white rum • 1/2 cup club soda

Instructions: Place the mint leaves and 1 lime wedge in a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add the remaining lime wedges and sugar, and muddle again to combine. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, then fill the glass with club soda. Stir, taste, and adjust sugar if needed. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a lime wedge, and enjoy!

Wanted a nice place to go on the last night of my holiday with my dog, Music was that loud that you couldn’t hear anything else, (I’m 26 and like music but this was beyond a joke, it’s not a nightclub)

The pork taco’s tasted more like dry tuna than pork, so they went in the bin, (waste of $38, then the chicken tenders, $17 for 6 tiny little chicken strips and a tub of tomato sauce, no chips or anything, the chicken tenders were so dry and hard that my dog wouldn’t even eat them. Had to go and spend money on a second dinner elsewhere, wouldn’t have wasted almost $60 there if I had of known I was gonna end up having to buy dinner and eat back at the caravan park. Thanks for ruining our last night, being dog friendly is the only good thing about this place but even then I’m sure the dogs don’t like being around music...

So I'm liking the music, the flatheads, the g&t (both enough to get a second round), the fake lawn, the cacti, the functional decor and the general vibe. The manager is also pretty cool. There is also plenty of outdoor seating and maximum ventilation so it passes the corona test.

The only thing I wasn't liking was the sign on the tip jar, but I complained and he took one of them down and promised to take down the other one too.

I suggested he replace it with: "Give us a tip and we'll give you one: watch Ms Represented on iview"

I knew I'd like the place. You gotta like a venue that pays tribute to the previous business and the recent history of the site. Course I'm biased due to being related to the owner of The Old Ensay Post Office Bookshop, The Old Ensay School Bookshop, and The Club...
