I had dinner at your venue recently and was extremely disappointed by the entire experience.

I ordered the 8-hour braised beef cheeks, expecting a rich, tender dish that would fall apart with a fork. Instead, what I received was tough, stringy meat with hard, inedible sections that got stuck in my teeth — completely contrary to what was advertised.

After struggling with the beef, I changed my order to the battered fish. That, too, was poorly handled. It arrived without any cutlery, and I had to search for someone just to be able to eat. To make matters worse, my serviette cloth was taken away and not replaced — once again, no staff were nearby. I had to get up and walk over to the kitchen counter to ask for a new one.

When I was finally ready to pay, there was no one at the cashier counter either. I stood waiting, only to eventually flag someone down in the kitchen to process the payment.

I had planned to enjoy a simple, relaxing dinner within a certain timeframe — but the repeated service failures significantly extended my time at the restaurant, ultimately disrupting my schedule for the rest of the evening.

The lack of attentiveness and basic service throughout the night was genuinely unacceptable. This was not just a one-off inconvenience — it was a cascade of avoidable issues that left me feeling neglected and frustrated.

We had the porterhouse steak which was beautifully done. Very tender, tasty without losing its natural texture. Chips and salad on the side rounded the meal off nicely. We also shared a pork belly dish which was tasty but the porterhouse was the highlight! While the food was nice the service was even better!
