the quality of food and service I received with an order placed on September 29/9/2024, from Leederville branch. The order, which amounted to $150, was scheduled for delivery to ........... at 3:41 PM, delivered by Andrew (Delivery Number: 14445).

Unfortunately, the food quality was far below the standard I expected. Most concerning was the two items labeled "1 CAL SP Brisket." It had an excessive amount of fat, with a jelly-like texture that was very off-putting. Both the taste and texture were highly disappointing,3 which I found to be unacceptable for a company of your reputation.

It is alarming that this type of food could pass quality checks, particularly as Guzman y Gomez presents itself as an international brand. The quality of this order was not only below average but also potentially dangerous for consumption. I believe that serving food of this nature is a serious concern, both for your customers' health and your brand's image.

If time permits this week, I will be filing an official complaint regarding the level of service and food quality I experienced at this branch.

I placed an online order at 10:00PM to be picked up at 10:20PM. I arrived at 10:30PM, I walked in expecting my order to already be made and ready for pickup as it had been 30 minutes since I originally placed the order and 10 minutes after the promised pick up time. I walked up to the counter and asked a girl with blonde hair if my order was ready. She said no and that it would be 2 minutes. I sat down and waited for my order to be called. While waiting 2 people ordered food and received it, 4 UberEats orders were collected and 1 online order was also picked up. It hit 10:45PM when I approached the counter again and requested my order. Within these 15 minutes I noticed 2 workers standing there talking to each other and standing around. Once I had asked the same blonde girl looked at me dumbfounded and had terrible customer service. She yelled from halfway across the kitchen confirming my order, and was overall very unprofessional. Once I received my burrito the wrap was stale and the inside was cold. I am extremely disappointed and will most definitely not be returning. I patiently waited 45 minutes for a cold, stale burrito and horrible...

The food here is nice, just your typical GYG feed, although it can take a while to come out at times. I’ve been quite pleased with this spot so I haven’t felt the need to write a review until now, however, a few nights ago I went to the bathroom and the bin was overflowing, it was disgusting. Just to paint a picture - there were sanitary products sitting on piles and piles of rubbish. Yuck. No sanitary bins are provided. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was a weekend and they may have been too busy, BUT, a few days later I went to the bathroom again… and I noticed the bin was THE EXACT SAME as it was a few days ago, sanitary products barely balancing on rolls of used toilet paper, wrappers and other items spilling out of cracks, it was repulsive. It’s almost as if they didn’t empty the bin from the last time I went. The lack of hygiene is ridiculous. The only reason why I gave this place a 2 star is because it’s GYG and it’s good food.
