Robert’s on Oxford — Restaurant in Leederville

Wouldn't recommend. Sandwiches with meat & other protein fillings displayed in a plastic non refrigerated box not even keeping the flies out on a 30 degree day. Did not look fresh or appetising.

Staff member told me they would be fine once toasted, I declined. Coffees priced as small, regular and large. I was served the regular size after paying/ordering large to be told they only have small, large and extra large. I was told she would talk to her boss to see if she could give me the extra large instead.

Owner new to hospitality arrived as I was drinking my coffee and after speaking to his staff member approached me an challenged my feedback in a defensive and aggressive manner.

Place completely empty Sunday lunchtime in Leederville...I should have known better than to stop in here. Would...

A fabulous new bar with ongoing additions all the time.

Excellent decor, comfortable seating and a lovely ambience. Air- conditioning was effective and quiet. Excellent drinks menu with a good selection of wines, and the cocktails are spot-on. Mock-tails are a work in progress (which my tea-total wife is thrilled about)

Coffee is now served and opening at 6:30 is brilliant for an early-bird like me. Really good coffee!!!

Looking forward to seeing their pastries and food which I've heard is coming soon.

Above all - Robert himself is a truly charming gentleman who is keen to give his customers a really good experience. Attentive, and always willing to listen. This place will simply get better and better....

Really welcoming spot. On a quiet weekday it's a friendly and relaxed bar and will even sell coffee until midnight and give some background music which isn't too loud, with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating - a rare late-cafe feel. On a busy weekend there's often live music and a more vibrant wine-bar atmosphere, but never rowdy. The owner Rob is frequently present and an excellent host, welcoming new patrons and regulars alike, and along with his staff they maintain an inviting and safe spot for its mix of patrons, from young to old, different cultures, LGBTIQ+ inclusive - there's a reason there are a number of friendly locals who come back every week.
