Baskin-Robbins Browns Plains — Restaurant in Logan City

I ordered two vertical sundaes, both came with only one scoop of vanilla ice cream. When I called the store (the owner I assume) answered and told me that one of his staff would return my call. I then get a phone call from a woman that works there who proceeded to tell me that I needed to email the store pictures of my lack of ice cream, which she would also like me to tip out and take pictures of as she assures me there was two scoops so she can then forward this to head office etc. I told her I did not want any refund or anything I was just calling to let them know that our sundaes were missing literally half of what they are meant to have, she continued speaking to me like I was trying to scam them out of free ice cream. So I told her to train her employees better and hung up the call, she then called back and tried to convince me that she was not rude to me on the phone etc and that she is training her employees better. I said that I would email her the pictures and she said she would txt me the email address. No message with the email address has been sent for the pictures she...

Been here 2 times and was never given a receipt on both occasions. Make sure to ask for one because on the second time my family went here I was overcharged. When I bought it to their attention they said it was because the water which was advertised on their big sign overhead was not on special ($2 with every order). When I asked why they didn't take the advert down down they offered no explanation. I still said that even with the water at full price I was still substantially overcharged to which they blew me off and said it was correct even after I requested for a receipt and they still would not give me one. One of your employees was EXTREMELY rude , we walked in half hour before closing time and she said “ we are closing can’t give you anything big” I asked for a chocolate lava cake and she said “ it take to long in the microwave and we need to leave AT 10. she then went on to ask the other employee working if she would do it and she said yes so she rolled her eyes and walked off to do it. My cousin asked for sticky date pudding what is $9 and charged us ten. If u know who I’m talking have a really good talk to this lady because that wasn’t acceptable.
