Disgusting food ...

The combination fried rice was dry, brown and dull. Definitely not cooked to order, im guessing days old.

The chicken chowmein was a tasteless, slimy, slop. Without any colour other than white. Including what I think may have been vegetables.

The Beef dish, by contrast, was way too salty and you couldn't actually taste the beef as it was over powered by the myriad of sauces, soy, oyster, black bean, etc etc that were present in excess.

My own fault really, as I broke my number one rule. Never get takeaways from or dine in a restaurant that is close to empty of customers during peak dinner time. 7pm .. (there was only 4 other people dining)

Please dont bother replying or offering discount as we will NEVER eat your "food" again. EVER .. First and last time.

Great experience with the lady that served us Unlike the manager Jackie we had bought a family pack we were sitting in the dinning room waiting for our food when our food arrived because I haven’t eaten all day I’ve opened up my fried wontons to try before we go, so has my partner , Jackie approached with an attitude telling me that I would’ve seen it on the menu family packs are for takeaway only and if customers come in she’ll have to tell us to move, understandable the rule they have in place but the fact its it’s 28 degrees outside at 6pm plus there being no customers inside yet alone outside she still felt the need to imply that we’d be asked to go outside not needed as if it was me I would allow you to stay and eat your food in the air con with it being so hot outside knowing that the customers spent $100...

I read a few reviews before I ordered food and one of the reviews I read was about the fried rice and the review was bad, but I decided to give it a shot since people view things differently. I ordered a 'special fried rice' with no prawns and Beef with ginger and shallots. The beef was ok, not something I would order again but then again I wouldn't order from this place even if the food was free. The fried rice was appalling, if a Chinese restaurant cannot cook rice properly, let alone fried rice, then I have no other words. I can only assume that they use the same rice for plain rice serves and fried rice. The rice was hard and very gluey.
