I decided to try Yunique for the first time and ordered five drinks. To my surprise, the employee told me it was too much. When I asked what she meant, she reiterated that it was too much. I was left confused—I’ve never been to a place where ordering their products was considered excessive.
The employee got visibly stressed and annoyed by my order. It’s crazy to me because I’m supporting the business and giving them money. While she did take my payment, her attitude and the level of customer service I received were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The drinks were okay, but not the best. I will not be coming back. Read moreThought I'd update my review as a regular, wish I could increase the star rating, but there's a reason, and it's not the product or service. Now at 3 days in a row that Google has said that the store is open when in fact it wasn't. And this has happened nearly once a week for the past month. I know that Google can be updated on the fly because this very store was using that feature, hence why I now check, only to be let down.

Your Black sugar milk tea is as good as Machi Machi's in the CBD and your pearls were consistent in texture. Anyone can make a Gotcha/The Alley style pearls drenched in Brown Sugar syrup but it takes genuine effort to get the consistent QQ factor out of pearls that are uniform in nature and well suited to your straw size.
