Our family lunch at China Bar Waterfront Docklands was an enjoyable affair, marked by both good food and prompt service. We indulged in a hearty spread that included Roti Chanai, Chicken fried rice, Lemon Chicken, and an assortment of scallops and prawn dumplings.
The Roti Chanai was flaky and buttery, a perfect starter to our meal. The Chicken fried rice had a delightful wok hei, that quintessential smokiness that is the hallmark of well-prepared stir-fried dishes. The Lemon Chicken was a balance of tangy and sweet, with a batter that remained crispy under the citrusy sauce. The scallops and prawn dumplings were the stars, with the seafood being fresh and succulent, encased in delicate wrappers.
The friendly table service added a warm touch to our dining experience, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for. Despite the potential rush of a lunch service, our food arrived swiftly, allowing us to savour our meal without a long wait.
Overall, China Bar Waterfront Docklands delivered on all fronts, with scrumptious food that was a hit with the entire family, efficient service, and a convivial atmosphere that made our family outing a...
