Update: still keeping up the great coffee, always getting in new gear. Menu rotates. Can't wait to see the new shop. Older:How much do you pay for a cocktail, parking, a night out? If you re-evaluate the price of what you love you'll be really satisfied with their syphon range which cost from $8-$15. They have the best beans in the world freeze dried and the ceremonious ritual of making it in front of you is something I'll never tire of. The flavours in each variety is so distinct and worth trying. The owners are friendly, enter coffee competitions themselves and are passionate. It's funny, but the best cafe in docklands is in a shopping mall, and I would probably have to guess this is the best shopping mall cafe in Melbourne from what I've seen. Well worth the trip even to Docklands (still on the free tram zone) just to...

Really nice little place. Staff are very passionate about coffee and really know their stuff. I got there at 4:15pm and they'd cleared the syphon coffee area but still opened it again for me which is so nice of them.

They now have syphon tea and coffee. Both are great, but I'm in love with the syphon green tea. It's just not really possible to get that kind of flavour using a tea pot at home. Both the syphon tea and coffee are robust without being overpowering.

Highly recommend but it's definitely somewhere you need to take your time. Just wish they had their own closed off store. Hope they open a store...

This is truly the best Coffee Store in Australia . Amazing friendly and professionally trained Barista's. Im a trained Barista from New Zealand and us New Zealanders are true Coffee snobs and know great coffee . This Company is truly amazing as they source the very best Coffee beans to make the perfect cuppa . Get down to the District Dockland and try a cuppa the way you like your coffee and you will truly be stunned at the amazing notes of flavours coming from a delicious...

Experience a coffee with a difference. I had time to sit so I opted for a syphon coffee. The coffee may be different to your usual but wait it out. The experience, taste and caffeine is fantastic. The exceptional staff helped me choose the Panama as I enjoy less acidic coffee. This one was lovely and chocolatey with hints of fruit. If you've never experienced this it's worth it just for the 'show' the process is akin to a tea ceremony and was a lovely way to start the weekend.
