Such a fantastic range of wheat based products that your head will spin! White and wholegrain rolls in a variety of sizes and the usual loaves. A good range of savoury options (spinach or ham croissants, pizza rolls etc etc) and an overwhelming range of sweet treats (hot crossbuns, mini donuts, scones in different flavours, danishes, finger buns etc etc). So a lot to choose from. However shame they don't offer hot options like pies, sausage rolls and for the vegetarians like me, the obligatory spinach roll. They also have a loyalty program (of course because who doesnt) where every purchase counts towards "dough". And when you do become a "dough getter" you get free items with every "x" spend so if you go there regularly why wouldn't you join? Also so good to see them open again after having to be closed for a long time due to fire next door. 28.2 collected free loaf of bread this morning (wholegrain) for joining their 'dough getters' reward scheme. I bought plain croissant today (Saturday, 5th of Feb). At 1st I saw the colour pretty brown, for sure it's over baked but I thought yeah that's okay still eatable since I really crave for it. Once I bit, and looked at the bottom part of the croissant, it was burned, very dark brown, taste bitter. What a very poor quality. I'm wondering if bakers delight have a quality control staff who will always check the quality of the items they produced before they display and sell it in the store before they pass it...
