Bakers Delight Kew — Restaurant in Melbourne

We've had the unfortunate experience of coming here twice when a manager or team lead has treated her co-workers like garbage. (Brunette lass)

Previously while front of house was stacked, she opted to stay out back and have a leisurely chat while her co-worker served everyone with a smile and worked through it. 10/10 that lass was a superstar.

Today again, same woman berating a Baker, yelling at him about disrespect and that he must acknowledge her while he was obviously disengaging from an extremely hostile individual. I'm not sure what training this chick has but accosting your staff loudly enough that I can hear it upfront is ridiculous. Obviously she wasn't on today but rocking up on her day off to harass staff is nuts.

She's a detriment to the team instore, the others have been lovely and sweet. Having a hostile and toxic manager like that damages them.
