Ordered from ubereats for mixed seafood pad thai and green curry with chicken. Pretty quick, so the food came to me still hot - the way I like it 😋 Maybe also because I ordered at non- peak hours, around 3pm 😊 Pad thai was alright.. the mixed seafood contains of 2 prawns, a few squid, fried fish.. of of course also got a few tofu cubes, bean sprouts and crushed peanuts. Green curry was pretty creamy, a bit on the sweet side - if you like it. I’m more on the savoury type for my meals so it’s not so much to my liking. Packaging could be better on the carrier bag (sturdier), as it came to me in a thin paper bag with no handle - which the menus seems pretty heavy for that paper bag to handle - to lessen the risk of food damage due to poor packaging. Lucky mine was alright, but definitely has to carried carefully.

I was coming from a Bunnings run with a friend after our work, so we got a bit hungry. I have been meaning to try this place, so I suggested this to her. Without any expectations, we walked in to this restaurant and ordered Pad Thai and Pandang Curry & rice. And to my surprise, they served the Pad Thai after a few minutes and were followed by our entrée. I was immediately impressed by the service along with the atmosphere, since there was no loud music and good lighting - it was a perfect place to catch-up over dinner. Plus, the food was great (love the Pad Thai!) and the price was pretty reasonable. I would definitely come back again! 🌟

Unpretentious Thai restaurant with friendly and well-intentioned staff. The menu is a bit hit and miss however, with some great dishes that I order regularly for take-away , but some other dishes best avoided. Unfortunately the pad thai and other noodles are disappointing, but the curries and stir fry dishes are great and go down well with plain rice.

Where to begin. Oh I know where, 7pm, an hour after ordering and still no food. Family have been coming here weekly for the last year or So, quite good food, and good service. But no more. At 7pm on a Sunday night we arrived to an empty restaurant bar one family finishing up. Fantastic. Ten minutes after being seated we finally had our order taken. Entree arrived twenty minutes later, the curry puff chicken sat on a bed of lettuce that was clearly from yesterday. Okay fine, a little sad lettuce never killed anyone. Main event. Wow. A full hour after ordering, and seven Uber Eats drivers being taken care of instead of us, the mains arrived. Well, one did. Massaman Beef Curry, but no rice was to be seen. The curry must be served with rice, otherwise what's the point? So we wait. And wait. Crispy Chilli Chicken arrives next. But still no rice for a further ten minutes. All the while more Uber Eats drivers flopping in and out. So let's take stock shall we? Beef Curry after an hour. No rice. Ten minutes later Chilli Chicken. Ten minutes after that rice arrives. Yay! But there's more. Chilli Chicken is always served on a bed of lettuce, with sliced tomato, capsicum, and orange. Not today. Today was lettuce, and a single piece of capsicum . So let's wrap up this review. When it was pointed out to staff, that seated customers should take some sort of preference to Uber Eats, along with bringing all the components of the main meal together, they simply shrugged. No apology. No complimentary drink or discount offered. On an $80 meal I expect more.

Avoid this place. Clearly Uber Eats is where they are focused on. Shame was a...

I have never in my entire life had to wait 1hr 30 mins for my meal until I visited bluestone Thai in Mother’s Day. At 15 mins, I had to go to the bar and ask to order when it was meant to be table serve; at 30 mins I received a complementary bottled tap water. At 50 mins I had to go back to the bar for the tables drink orders which were beers from the fridge and at 1hr 25 I had to ask on the status of my meals. Shocking, horrific and traumatizing as I was trying to introduce my parents to Thai cuisine. Let it be known that bluestone has ruined the experience for ALL Thai restaurants.

Having said that, feel free to order via a delivery service as they catered to ALL the deliveries before they considered disabling the option and servicing the customers inside. 1 table event left as they waited just under 2 hrs and all they received was their 3 plates of entrees. My husband was too nice and paid for the meal even though they didn’t even consider comping any portion of it.

Ps- you issue bluestone thai, was not that you had only 2 people to service the front, but that you were chasing the money. Shame on you. You lost customers on this night and not...
