Cute little cafe within the department store. You can expect a line when ordering but it goes by quickly. There are several pastries and beverages to order from the menu. The pastries look tempting and well made. Pricing can be steep for just one pastry ($4-$9). We ordered the escargot (nuts, cinnamon, chocolate, white drizzle) and the a pistachio flaky bread. Both had a nice crunch to them but I prefer soft pastries. However, it was delicious. They weren’t too sweet and the pistachio had a nice nutty-creamy filling. I also ordered an ice chocolate mocha with whipped cream. Im not much of a coffee drinker but I would recommend this drink for those who want something sweet and need a pick me up with a bit of help from caffeine. You just stir in the thick cream it until all the whipped is nicely mixed in and you get this lovely taste afterwards.

Seats may be limited during lunch time. But I’m sure you can find a seat as there are people who are always up and leaving. There is one employee who takes care of cleaning the tables. He was quick, but would be nice to see him have some help. Overall, great experience if you need a break...

This would have to be the most convoluted system of restaurant operations I have ever seen. If you're going to have table service, it's all table service or no table service. If you're going to have coffee and food it's one number not two 30 for coffee and 17 for meals, if you have people making the coffee; they put the chocolate on top of the cappuccino you don't do it yourself. if you're going to offer a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich, toast the sandwich! not the lukewarm half semi melted cheese. You wouldn't be game enough to send it back because of the shambolic system of operation try to service the one-time customer because from the conversation I heard around me, I wasn't the only extra cast member at 'Faulty Towers' the Myer edition. The staff weren't too bad its the system of operation thats the issue. it runs alright with the three people there, there was about 45 people in 5 sq meters, so someone has to do something about it otherwise you will go out of business. because I certainly won't be coming back and I'll be mentioning it to my friends as well I mean this is...

I came to Myer Melbourne on 15/01/2021 to get a birthday cake for myself. First of all this the 1st time it happened to me that the customer service and the cake quality where completely NON-ACCEPTABLE. The attendants don't have any knowledge about the cakes. They did not have any suggestive selling skills Secondly, I have been contacting store but they are so rude. Instead of accepting the mistake and compensating they were arguing with me. Thirdly, the cake I got was not at all in a condition to eat. But still I tried and the cream was so sour, which made me feel sick on my own birthday. My Birthday was spoiled because of the cake I bought from Brunetti.

Being a REGULAR customer, this the least I could have expected from a place I used to LOVE. It's been 4 days and I have not received any response. Although I went to store but that was also complete time waste no one had knowledge on what possible solution they can provide. I always used to prefer Brunetti over any other patisserie in Melbourne but this time I am so disappointed due to product quality and...

Called in during my retail therapy and encountered unfortunate circumstances. I ordered the mini pistachio & chocolate eclairs w coffee. The sweeties were stale. Approached the counter and asked (the supervisor Terren?) if I could exchange them for something else. He questioned me with an interrogating tone, I requested a strawberry eclair. His disgruntled reply was after I offered to pay the 30cent difference, sarcastically said "we won't charge you the extra amount". The strawberry eclair was also stale, I took it back to receive more inhospitable question's, then snarling at me to ask "how did you pay?!" Terren continued to justify how or why the items were stale. A simple courtesy of a genuine, humble apology with no questions and refund for the returned goods would've sufficed. I'll return to the Brunetti's Laneways where nothing is a bother or an intrusion of their time, patience and hospitality.

Wow what a disappointment. Might look appetizing but don't waste your money. The staff were unwelcoming, the coffee was shit and the food was very midiocre. We payed 38$ for 2 coffees (extremely bitter) a tiramisu the size of a coin and a slice of cake. For that price I expect at the very least to have customer service, but no. They take your name and scream it out until U come get it not only ruining the experience but it's just quite silly for such a place of high standards. You also have to put the chocolate on yourself for some reason and they wouldn't even do the sugar for us with the espresso when a barista should know it will taste better. I seriously think you need to have a look at the way you run things as mine is not the only review like this.
