Terrible service, cold food, and an unprofessional manager — avoid this place.

We visited Bubbly Beans for Mother's Day and had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever encountered. Meals from the set menu took over an hour to arrive, and when they finally did, the food was bland, stone cold, and completely inedible.

The café wasn’t particularly busy, yet service was painfully slow. When we politely raised the issue, our waitress (who was lovely) brought over the manager. Instead of addressing the problem properly, she offered to reheat the cold meals rather than make fresh ones, then defensively claimed her small grill couldn’t cope with orders.

When we said we’d just pay for our drinks and leave, she shockingly raised her voice, waved her arms, and shooed us out of the café in front of other customers. It was genuinely appalling behaviour.

The wait staff were polite and understanding, but management clearly has no grasp of customer service or basic hospitality standards. I’d strongly recommend giving this place a miss — there are far better Middle Eastern cafés around that actually care about...

Very nice presentation and food, there was quite a wait but that's understandable as it was busy. However I really think there should be less surprises in the food as I ordered simple waffles and they came covered in nuts and various other ingredients, it looked fantastic but I wish they had mentioned the nuts in the menu as I had to send it back because of my allergies. It appears only some items like the pancakes mention nuts in it. The menu only mentioned about three extra ingredients with the waffles but it came with about twelve. Once again, very nice presentation but for the sake of safety and less confusion and disappointment for the customers could you please be a bit more clear in your menu items or add allergen advice next to it as it felt pretty horrible watching a nice meal being sent back.

The waffles though, when I got a corrected order, is by far the best waffles...

Don’t even know where to start with this place, woman didn’t write down our order which later took 55 minutes and for us to ask where the food is for it to show up , we ordered a salad and a açaí which also was very disappointing when it came , the salad was very lazy and thrown on the plate with no care and held together by WAY too much paprika enough to satisfy half of Lebanon , we might of caught this place on a bad day but due to the woman’s unfriendly approach to us asking about our food and the random kids running up and down the cafe , I seriously doubt it , also don’t bother going to the toilet outside , it looks like ray charles and Stevie wonder and a toilet fight.
