This restaurant could be so much better. Location is good and potential to capitalise on the view is there. Unfortunately the experience from arrival to departure left a lot to be desired. The service is polite but very slow, and I was forced to wave the waiter over repeatedly to get my order taken. Considering I was the first dine-in customer that night it was weird. The food is definitely more expensive than other similar places and the quality is probably a little lower. The roti was rather chewy but the peanut sauce was ok. Green curry was good, a bit too much sauce which wouldn't have been a problem if the bowls of rice weren't tiny (lucky to be 1/2 cup for $5!). The larb is one of my favorite dishes and I was really looking forward to it. I was disappointed. It was way too salty. The presentation of the dish was great. Such a shame. Also, the venue was stuffy from the heat of the day and there was no way to open the windows to take advantage of the breeze.

The service was a bit underwhelming. The order came in at different times with the rice coming 10 mins later (after 2 reminders that we were waiting for it), so the rest of the food was cold by the time we ate it. The food was good, but I'm not a huge fan of some of the flavours as other places I regularly go for Thai food. More on the expensive side for each dish. I also paid in cash but did not get 5% off as advertised.

So disappointing! Used to love getting Thai from Thai Rose and ordered $90 worth of food tonight that was actually inedible! Literally threw it in the bin. Beef was so tough couldn’t chew it, curry was watery and oily. Roti was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Absolutely disgusting. Will not return

I would give 0 stars if I could. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this restaurant. Unless you want your overpriced meal with a side of abuse. The owner is rude, intimidating, and aggressive.

The server put in the wrong soup order. We asked for the correct soup, it was no big deal. The owner then waited until we ate our food and went up to pay an hour or so after, when we were the only ones still in the restaurant. He berated us with verbal abuse, threats and derogatory statements about being women, and where he thought we were from, which wasn't even correct. He yelled at us to only talk to him if there is a problem. This explains why the waitress appeared miserable.

We felt scared and were traumatised by the treatment we received. If he treats paying customers in this manner, I can only imagine how he treats his employees. They also appear to be afraid of him. You shpukdve seen their faces when he was screaming at us.

I can assure you, there are much better Thai restaurants in the area. In fact, I highly recommend Hooked on Thai in Frankston. Beautiful food, exceptional service, much more affordable, and the owner is always there to hold the door open, greet you with a friendly smile, and is full of gratitude. Nobody deserves that when out for...

I have never written a google review before however feel totally ripped off last night in your business. Went out on a cold Thursday night, where the restaurant was only 1/4 full on arrival at 645pm. From start to finish the waitstaff rushed us. The aim for going out to eat for me is not just about the food, it’s about catching up with friends and family & relaxing after a working day! Waitstaff really need to learn to read the table and work off nonverbal and verbal cues! Don’t blatantly interrupt a conversation as soon as we sit down regarding ordering food when we have just ordered drinks, and with that don’t ask us to order mains within 5 minutes of arrival and keep coming back every 2 minutes with hints of pressure!! Surely you can see we were not looking at the menu at that stage! It’s NOT RELAXING! Quick way for you to earn $120 and for me to feel unsatisfied and have a food stitch. Also the food here is way too sweet and westernized. Mains...
