Had never been here before & wanted to go to a new place for date night.

Stumbled across this place in my research as it had raving reviews over the years they’ve been open. Even though this was my first time here, from the moment I walked in I was greeted like family.

We had the privilege of one of the owner’s sons being our server for the evening. The whole night he was very attentive, kind, informative & outgoing. His excellent service really enhanced the experience for us both.

Not only was the service great, the food was absolutely delicious. As usual, I even made a bit of an irregular order, adding expensive toppings to a gourmet pizza because I wanted to really indulge in the occasion. Even though I was the one who had requested the additional extras, the son came back (before sending off the order to the kitchen) just to double check that it was exactly what I wanted as the toppings would be relatively expensive additions to my pizza. Of course, that was no problem whatsoever. I don’t know if he is just that way inclined (which speaks to how well he was raised) or if this is how he has adjusted his service to be due to the outrageous customers I’m sure they’ve seen over the years, I was not only pleasantly surprised that he double checked with me but very impressed. It shows a different level of care & service that is rare to find anywhere, let alone, in Chelsea.

I highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re from my neck of the woods in Ringwood, or, a local by the bay in Chelsea, give these guys a try. You won’t regret it. The service, quality of the food & the warmth of this place is unmatched.

Even if you rock up and you’re not immediately starving, the smell in this place is infectious. You’ll be salivating within minutes.

I highly recommend the “Pesto & Parmigiana” entree share pizza. Very tasty & great quality. Also, for a main, you can’t go wrong with the Gambero. You do not have to splurge the additional toppings like I did for it to be anywhere near as enjoyable as it would be without.

I’ll definitely be coming back. Love this place.

Absolutely disgusting Customer Service !

This was our first (and definitely last) time ordering from this place, and the experience was absolutely horrible. Since this was our first visit initially for tasting purpose We placed an order for 4 gourmet pizzas, 1 garlic pizza, and 2 large chips, spending around $200. It is not a fine dine place and it’s just a takeaway shop, we also wanted drinks, but they only sold large soda bottles for takeout and were charging so much extra for a tiny drink. So, one of our friends went to Safeway to grab drinks and disposable cups instead.

That’s when things took a turn for the worse. We haven’t even opened our drinks, the owner, rudely started lecturing us about how he only makes a profit from selling drinks, not pizza, I mean seriously! He kept repeating himself in a rude and unprofessional manner, making us feel completely unwelcome. To keep the peace we bought a couple of drinks from his shop, but he didn’t have enough glasses to serve !! when we pointed out how bad his behaviour and customer service was, he just kept arguing instead of fixing the issue.

At this point, we hadn’t even started eating, and the whole experience was already ruined. We decided not to order more, and when we mentioned that we wouldn’t be coming back, he arrogantly responded that he didn’t want customers like us anyway! Honestly, the audacity was unbelievable!!!

It’s shocking how a business treats paying customers this way. It’s ain’t happening, NEVER AGAIN. If you value good service,...

We checked into this restaurant after lot of my friends and colleagues suggested saying this is the best restaurant in Bayside. We booked a table for 8 as we had kids and neighbours joined for dinner. I have to tell you guys we had an amazing experience. Very nice family atmosphere as it is owned and operated by a family. Whole family is working hard and they are very passionate about food and service. Chefs must be very experienced and trained well as you need great skills to cook pizza’s in wood fired oven. We ordered and shared 3 pizzas( chicken avo, seafood and vegetarian) & carbonara and prawn linguine. For kids we ordered mini Ritas and kids penne. Everyone including the kids were happy and enjoyed the food.

The best thing is owner of the restaurant came to our table after watching the kids and offered us complimentary desert pizza and free gelato to the kids. This is so nice of him. Not only saved money for us but also shows their passion for service.

I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy the great food and service.
