They made a sandwich for me that says on the menu it is a "ready made sandwich". Once I tried to pay for it, my card would not work with the Eftpos machine. I was abused by both ladies behind the counter demanding I go "fix my card", "go get cash out", "you can't leave this store unless you pay" while being laughed at, eyes rolled and muttered about between the two, because I could not pay for the sandwich they claimed they would be unable to re-sell even though it was a menu item. I was unable to "fix my card" since I had 5 minutes to get the train as I tried telling one of the workers serval times but she simply had no care for what I had to say and continued to abuse me. I was completely and utterly embarrassed by the two workers in front of a full shop of customers. I was so embarrassed that even the offer from a kind, generous man to pay for this sandwich left me in tears and unable to even thank the him for the offer. I just hope no other customer has to face half of the abuse from the two nasty ladies as I did. If they were any nicer about the situation I would have considered leaving my number and coming back to pay for the sandwich, but since all they would care about was getting $5.60 from this menu item and to make a joke out of me in front of all their paying customers, I was blinded by rage and embarrassment to even put my friendly foot forward and...

Best Bakery I've ever been too. It's definitely not your average Bakery but so much more.

Amazing Pies, huge in size, very different & yummy variety to choose from, full of tasty ingredients. I would call some of them Gourmet Pies, like Burger pie, Pizza pie, Chicken and corn pie, Different types of Curry Chicken Pies. 1 pie is like having a meal they are totally full of Meats & flavors are incredible.

Also has a variety of Asian cousine. Very tasty & made with Love.

And of course freshly baked Bread, rolls etc all amazing.

Very large variety of cold drinks

Great coffee & sweets.

Lots of tables to eat in or outside. Nice & clean.

5 star customer service, very friendly, always smiling, just a pleasure to go into. You can tell they love what they do.

No longer a patron here after a number of issues, mostly due to rapidly dwindling size of burgers and rolls. Often unavailble orders are replaced with smaller substitutes of inferior quality and yet still charged the same. Staff never seem to listen to requests or how you want your roll made or what ingredients you'd like when made fresh.

Have had the same poor experience as other reviewers on here in regards to schnitzel portions. Napkins seem to be a luxury item they don't want to offer. Just starts to feel very petty after a while.
