Cafe Revival — Restaurant in Melbourne

Sat down inside Cafe Revival with my 5 month old daughter and waited and waited and waited to be served. Not sure if they do table service or not, but if not, thinking maybe one of the 5 staff that actually looked at me and caught my gaze might have mentioned if not. Went here last week for breakfast service after we ordered, the dumb waitress only brought my wife a knife and fork, nothing for me after they brought the food I had to ask, like I was going to eat with my hands,

Food was very average, toast was hard scrambled eggs were ok, bacon was very hard, chorizo was tight only half lol, 1st time last time, I have no idea how they got 4.3...

Coffee was alright. We entered there just before lunch time, while having coffee staffs started sweep up floor and all dust came towards me, I wasn't happy about it.
