Coffee Quarter is a small, hole-in-the-wall cafe located just on Keilor Road in Essendon. It is owned and run by two brothers, Michael and Joel, bringing some great coffee by @roastingwarehouse, vibes and Nonnaās panini to the neighbourhood. āļø
On Nonnaās menu, there arenāt too many options, so the choice is easy. If you want to build your own you can do that too. The bread is fresh from from @publiquebakery and is the perfect choice for a panini. It has a strong, floury crust with a soft, fluffy inside. š„
I loved The Don, which had decent chilli kick and a generous amount of olive spread. For the vegetarians, the La Signora is the way to go. The quality of the ingredients shone through. š«
They arenāt reinventing the wheel (or trying to) but are dishing up perfected simplicity and just the stuff that makes you feel good.
