It's Domino's Pizza. It's good pizza. Situated in Carlton opposite to the Science Gallery, this outlet is a quiet, nice place to get yourself some fresh, delicious Domino's pizzas.

There's not much to say about the pizzas that hasn't been said before other than the fact that our pizzas were really good. It all started with an offer on the Domino's app in my phone, where I had an offer for a large pizza with 2 sides at a low cost. I ordered a Large Classic Crust Spicy Veg ($7.20) with a 600 mL Sprite ($2.05) and a Garlic Bread ($2.05) alongside another Large Classic Crust Spicy Peppy Paneer ($ 10.70) for pickup.
The pizzas were ready in about 10 minutes or so, and we dug in. We ate in the restaurant itself, and yes, the pizzas were delicious. The kind of taste that Domino's is known for. Perfectly cooked, each bite carried the awesomeness of tge vegetables, made all the more better with the garlic bread, which needs no introduction. Simply superb.

The staff were prompt and courteous. Although the dining area is small and could use some decor, with me and my friend being the only customers at the time, we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The tables weren't as clean as I'd have liked, and I didn't see any staff attending to anything apart from cooking.
Overall, a good pizza place if you're ever in Carlton. Make use of the app for some...
Read moreWorst service I've ever had from a pizza joint, which is saying something as I've had some pretty bad service in the past
ETA on the delivery was over an hour despite the store being less than 5 mins away, but that's fine if they're busy. But the delivery window came and went with no update to the GPS tracking or any contact from the store/driver. I tried calling the store multiple times but no one answered.
After 90 minutes of not being able to get in contact I went down to the store in person and my pizzas were just sitting there. Guy behind the counter said "the driver tried calling you", which was a lie. When asked why they weren't answering the store phone he said "we're too busy so we're not answering the phone".
I would have been willing to chalk this whole negative experience up to a simple mishap if the staff at the store had been remotely apologetic, instead the whole time I was asking about my order the guy at the counter was just smirking and laughing like he thought it was funny that my order was so late. I got the impression that this happens to them a lot. Just really poor customer service and as much as I generally try to blame individual employees in service jobs, this guy clearly just did not give a damn about any kind of...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst customer service. After enteringmy address incorrectly despite giving it to them multiple times and spelling it all our clearly, they had the address back to front and my pizza never arrived; when I called they argued and argued that they tried to call me whilst brushing over the fact that I have zero missed calls and brushing over the fact that they had my address wrong, also trying to blame that on me - before rapidly conceding they had written it wrong. When I doublechecked the number and verified no missed calls, he started commenting on how extremely polite he was being and how I was angry. I expressed no anger - I simply spoke clearly that I had no missed calls and the apartment address was inverted on their end - after waiting for almost 2 hours for my pizza. In the typical arrogant fashion, he continue to aggressively speak over me, defend himself, point out how angry I apparently was and how polite and wonderful he was and take absolutely no responsibility for the fact that they have completely stuffed this up and were now lying and covering up about allegedly ringing me. I ended up giving up and hanging up on them, when he tried to shut me down by saying he’d send out...
