This place is a culinary disaster zone. If I could give it negative stars, I would. The food here is an absolute affront to Vietnamese cuisine. It’s as if they declared war on flavour and lost. The pho was so bland it tasted like it was filtered through an old boot, and the spring rolls were soggy, sad excuses for appetizers that reminded me of wet cardboard. The service? Let’s just say I’ve seen more hospitality in war documentaries. The staff treated us like we were the enemy, and our orders were either wrong, cold, or both. I’ve had friendlier interactions with vending machines. And don’t even get me started on the atmosphere. The place feels like a bomb went off. Grimy floors, sticky tables, and a stench that could have been a relic from a war bunker. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were still landmines hidden under the floorboards. If you’re looking for a meal that’ll haunt you like a war flashback, this is the place. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and steer clear. This is one battle you don’t...
Read moreWe booked online for dinner and arrived on time only to be told that our table was outside - but nowhere did they say that when booking. It was only after strongly complaining that they found us a table indoors that was filthy from lack of a decent clean / wipe down from previous customers. After sitting for 10 minutes and having only a bottle of water brought to the table without glasses did a waitress appear whereby she brought the menu and when we asked for some advice replied she is only new and will get someone to come and explain. Another 10 minutes later no one came so having seen how disorganized the place was we got up and left. I can understand that the place was busy but surely getting the basics of cleanliness, knowing your menu and at least taking a drinks order first is something the management should instill into their staff. Unfortunately we won’t...
Read moreUnbelievable that a duck restaurant had no duck!! There were 6 of us and 4 wanted duck. We went through the menu and decided what we wanted. Although the waitress was standing around, we had to almost beg for her to take our order. When she came to take our order she said that they had sold out of duck! We had to completely rethink our order. On top of this shock, there were only 4 serviettes and not enough cutlery for all of us - we had to ask for extra. Also there were not enough menus initially - only 4. When we had finished our entrees, the main course came and we had to ask the waitress to clear the entree plates. We won't be coming back to this...
