Ordered steamed wanton with spicy sauce separated this afternoon. According to picture displayed on menu this is number 3. There is a corresponding number 2 with same dish except no.2 has spicy sauce sprinkled over the wanton. The waitress brought the wanton with spicy sauce sprinkled over them. I told her the order was for number 3 so spicy sauce should be separate. She was not happy saying I should respect her explanation and that I should have highlighted it when I ordered. I said I ordered number 3 as clearly shown on the picture of their menu displayed as spicy sauce in separate dish. She still insisted I was wrong for not requesting the sauce to be separated during my order. I then said what is the purpose of the pictures on display showing the difference and the order number as 2 and 3 separately. She was rude and not happy saying I should respect her explanation. This is arrogance typical of Chinese from mainland China, demanding respect when they are confronted for their mistake or wrongdoing. It has nothing to do with respect, it is about right or wrong and if they want respect, then first they must admit their wrongdoings. Very disappointed with the...
Read moreThe woman who served us wouldn't even look at us as she was taking our order and when I asked her to repeat it to me so I knew I hadn't forgotten something she seemed to deliberately use extremely accented English - I had to ask her 3 times what she'd said and it just got harder to understand her. Among other things we had ordered Cantonese Pork Noodle Soup. I checked the order docket and found Crispy Pork Belly Soup on it and when I said that wasn't what I'd ordered was emphatically told by 2 servers that it was the same thing, just a different name. As it was takeaway we didn't find out that this was a lie as it was the Crispy Pork not the dish we had requested. Previously we'd considered the food to be fair to middling for "food court" dining but after this time I doubt we will never order from this...
Read moreThe food in this location is pretty good. Hence I keep visiting. However, the lady at the counter needs to be friendly with customers and work with a smile!!. They also add 10cents to your food cost even without checking if you need a bag. The cost says 'Printed bag' and 10cents go into your total. It's printed 'Reusable bag' on the bag!!!. Thirdly, just look at the cake of dust around the TV behind the cashier (on the wall and arount the non working TV). The dust cakes are way too close to the dumpling display cabinet. They can easily fly and get onto your food. Please sort and clean this out. Very...
