Eat Fresh Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Pizza is good, service pretty bad.... went in tonight to order a pizza i have already ordered 4 times now, and noted that it had jalapenos on it last time, (i had thought maybe i had misread the ingredients or something) and was told surely not, i said no really i physically picked them off the pizza, and again he said surely not, and that he had been making the pizza for 15 years, so there was no way, pretty much saying i was lieing, so to get off the topic, i then asked about the sweet chilli sour cream that had been still listed on menu as an ingredient but missing off that same pizza, to be told he doesn't add it anymore as he was wasting money making the sauce and throwing it out, as no-one wanted it, so he's just stopped adding it....so maybe remove the ingredient off the menu. Not happy, at all, i left with nothing, ill...

My first time I tried the Eat Fresh Pizza, I was happy coz the pizza was so good. My favourite part is the base, it so light, crunchy and I keep going back for more. My favourite ones are Hawaiian, vegetarian and Margarita pizza, but as from tonight the 24/04/2020 @ 7:15pm, I ordered large half Hawaiian and vegetarian and a greek salad. I was so disappointed that I have been served rotten salad leaves and pizza fillings wasn't FRESH at all, therefore I rate them very low based on the rotten greek salad, stale vegetarian fillings and also the younger man behind the counter was so rude and unprofessional. And the one star ⭐️ is for the older man because he apologised and said they will be very careful next time. Younger man want to give me the $7 for the greek salad but I refused and told him to keep the money. I will never...

Great gluten free base. I think they make it fresh. A bit soft and floppy in the middle but beautiful golden crust. Beautiful fresh veggies. Vegan cheese (they have vegan meats too but we didn't try because they're not gluten free). All very tasty. A little bit oily (they could probably use less vegan cheese) but very nice overall. The staff knew their products and ingredients well too and were very lovely. Very happy to enjoy and support a local family small business with good produce. I'll be eating there again...
