Shift manager is incredibly rude.

Was a frequent customer, went in one morning and used the bathroom before ordering breakfast. Shift manager hammers on door, says "This isn't a public bathroom." Automatically assumed I wasn't a customer with no chance to respond.

Go confront him after finishing up, doubles down, then says "Goodbye." Childish, rude behaviour.

All cafés at ANZ Docklands is unnecessarily rude to actual ANZ staff. Not sure what their issue is everyone's just here to work. Baristas make random, defensive comments like “we don’t work for ANZ” which are totally irrelevant and unprofessional. It just comes off as insecure. Focus...

Absolutely rude and disrespectful staff! Will never go back there again. They can’t accomodate their customers dietary requirements and requests, instead start yelling and talking really loudly over you. Wouldn’t ever recommend the place to anyone! This was my first and...
