I normally love this restaurant, and I would usually give them 5/5 stars, but the last time I went there brought the standards down. I ordered the three course meal, as well as a hot chocolate. The croquet's were inconsistent, the waiter had his thumb over the rim of the plate (this is a serious no-no in the hospitality business!), and the waiters all huddled together while my hot chocolate was being called for service - they just ignored it and let my hot chocolate go lukewarm, not stay hot. I went with my grandmother and she can't handle chilli. I didn't expect for a salad to come with her main meal, let alone to be dress with chilli, so I didn't think to ask for them to leave it off.
