After my initial complaint, the service was exceptional. MCEC management went above and beyond to ensure myself and my daughter have memorable time.

And thank you for the Bday cake I have never been little embarrassed and surprise at same time. It was very memorable. Thank you for the kind gesture.

DO NOT USE THE ONLINE BOOKING.

Booked table online in September paid for it got confirmation email. Table for 2 including parking offer. Received email in November confirming ! My booking been changed with No Offer. Now in January have been calling restaurant number and trying online chat and NO one is available to answer phone or chat. Called MECC "customer service" and phone answered by Security! Basically if there is not events on expect NO service from anyone.

Cancelled my reservation no mention of refund. I will be taking this matter further.

I ordered the Avocado on sourdough with poached eggs using the QR code on my table, which was clearly marked as Table 09. After waiting for over 30 minutes with no food, I followed up with a staff member. She mentioned that she had gone to a different table and, seeing it was empty, simply left without making any effort to clarify or find the correct customer.

What was disappointing was not just the delay, but the lack of initiative or concern. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or to correct the table number linked to the QR code to avoid future confusion for other customers. It felt like the responsibility was pushed aside rather than addressed.

Was there for a convention of work.. Took some coffees for myself and work colleagues. Had my hands full and forgot to collect the tax receipt. Went to collect after an hour and the staff was rude stating that we chucked all of them and cannot give a copy even though it was just and hour and I was able to provide the exact time of transaction from my CC statement. Seemed like tax dodgers excuse. There is a food court opposite to Convention Center and really good joints close by , so you could definitely avoid going...
