When you don’t have enough batch brew, you should let your customer know how long it takes to make one. Not letting them wait uninformed and miss the train. What’s worse is that the customer waited for 10 minutes to get two watered down batch brew and still missed the train. Staff acted as if nothing was wrong. I once came here near closing time. There was an asian lady who seemed very quiet. I ordered a cold matcha with no ice, yet despite this the lady gave me ice inside my drink. As well as this the serving sizes for their drinks at e small and highly priced. I don’t recommended coming here if you’re looking for a good matcha or drink. But the location of this cafe is good...
