Great food, prompt service, and friendly staff. Well done Grill'd. The only constructive feedback I would provide is this: if you are going to add sauces to your offering, which I think is a brilliant idea by the way - the different options are a hit with my tastebuds - please wipe and clean the bottles, they are disgusting. See images. Otherwise, you've kept the consistency and standard, Grill'd - well done. Please clean the bottle tops 🤢

Grilled really should let go of their store and let another operator in. The quality throughout the food, store, service is so average relative to the price. The meat is consistently burnt and the grill is clearly never cleaned based on the black char all over the meat Grilled consistently disappoints

They don’t allow you to eat one dine in and take away one free burger unfortunately. So you will have to be able to eat 2 burgers as expected. That’s not a problem at all. Also they don’t have or run out of a Pepsi max in 300ml size. Don’t forget the public holiday surcharge 10-15%

Food was excellent overall despite the bun looking like the chef sat on it. and service staff were great and accommodating. However the chef in charge was extremely rude. Our 1 year old grand daughter had a 1 minute squeal as she was happy with the loud music being played and a bit hungry. He shouted across from the kitchen to control the ‘scream’ from our 1 year old kid. A better way was to approach us and speak properly. Plus the restaurant was empty at that time. It spoiled our experience as my daughter and her grand mother felt...
