Really poor customer service. And by the end of it all our food was served to us cold. I can understand that it’s busy on a Saturday night, happy to wait. But when we’ve been waiting 20 mins for only 2 yiros and everyone before us and after had got their orders I knew something was wrong. I asked staff multiple times to check if our order was ready. They said no. Finally after 25 min I asked if they could just check if there was a finished order with exactly what we ordered. There was, it had been sat there for 20 mins. They’d spelled my partners name wrong by one letter. They wrote Jane, instead of Jake. It’s fine they wrote the name wrong, no big deal. But the fact no one was able to use some basic problem solving skills to figure out our order had been sitting there getting cold is ridiculous. Worst service I've encountered in a while. I placed an online order to pick up. I arrived at Zeus and waited at the pick-up window. I was completely ignored. In the meantime, they would serve walk-in customers (who arrived well after me). Once they served the walk-in customers, they continued to ignore me. They could clearly see I was there. This went on for several minutes before they finally decided to see what order I was waiting for. All they could say was, "Sorry for the wait." Do better! Train your staff, so you don't have to apologise about your incompetence. Also, I saw delivery people made to wait for ages before being given their orders that had been sitting on the shelf for ages - i.e. cold food waiting to be delivered. I ordered the Keto Plate with chicken through the restaurant's website and had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience. The dish came with only five small pieces of chicken, approximately 20mm x 20mm each. To make matters worse, I found bugs and hair in my food, which was unacceptable and unhygienic.

Shortly after eating, I experienced severe indigestion and diarrhea every 15 minutes, starting about 30-45 minutes after finishing the meal. This was the only thing I ate, so I strongly suspect the food was the cause.
